Go Japan! takes place at Brands Hatch and brings together Japanese car enthusiasts, car clubs, motorsport fans and visitors interested in Japanese culture.

Our trade area gives businesses the opportunity to meet potential customers, showcase products, demonstrate services and sell directly to visitors.

How much does a trade stand cost?

Trade stands at Go Japan! start from £300.

The cost of your stand will depend on the space and options available when booking.

Before completing your booking, please check the stand details and any applicable charges shown in the trader portal.

If you require a larger space or have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss your plans.

How to register as a trader

Booking your trade stand is straightforward. Please follow these steps.

Step 1. Create your trader account

New traders must register through the Time Attack Organisation trader portal.

You will be asked to provide your business and contact details.

Before registering, please read the venue’s health and safety information and trade site rules.

Step 2. Wait for approval

Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, you can log in to the trader portal.

If you have previously registered as a trader, you can use your existing account.

Step 3. Book your trade stand

Once approved, select Go Japan! from the available events and choose your trade stand.

Follow the instructions to complete your booking and pay securely by debit or credit card.

Your booking details will be available through the trader system.

Step 4. Receive your event information

A few days before the event, we will email the information you need to prepare for your arrival.

This normally includes:

Trader tickets and vehicle passes
Your allocated trade stand location
An event site map
Arrival and access information
Event timings and other instructions

Please check your inbox and junk folder before the event.

A VAT invoice will also be issued using the business details supplied during registration.

If you have an approved trader account, you do not need to create another one.

Simply log in, select Go Japan! and follow the booking process.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have exhibited before?

No. We welcome applications from new traders as well as businesses that have exhibited at our events previously.

Do I need to sell Japanese products?

Not necessarily. We welcome automotive, lifestyle and cultural businesses whose products or services are relevant to Go Japan! visitors. All applications are reviewed for suitability.

Can I sell products from my stand?

Yes. Trade stands provide an opportunity to sell products and promote your services, subject to the event’s trading rules and any relevant restrictions.

Can I book a stand if I am a small business?

Yes. Independent traders and smaller businesses are welcome to apply. Please review the available stand options to find a suitable space.

How do I know if my application has been approved?

Your registration will be reviewed before you can proceed with booking. If you have questions about your application, please contact the event team.

When will I receive my trader passes?

Trader passes and arrival information are normally emailed a few days before the event. Please check the email address used for your booking.

Can I bring a van or support vehicle?

Yes. We allow room for one van behind or beside the stand space.

How much depth do I get?

We allow circa 6m depth for a trade stand. Please contact us if you have additional requirements
